Our Firm

Karsaz Law began over 20 years ago, providing litigation defense and general counsel services to apartment communities. As our involvement in operational risk management expanded, we turned our focus to pre-litigation claims management, incident reporting, and informal dispute resolution practices in order to limit liability exposure and control risk. Our preventative and resolution-oriented approaches have helped clients save on insurance costs and prevent litigation by shutting down potential lawsuits at the onset.

We are a respected member of the property management industry, and we currently represent some of the largest asset management companies on the west coast. Our firm provides regular educational webinars, informative articles, legal updates, best-practice tips, and live training seminars. We believe that education empowers, and the greatest thing we can give back to our industry is information.

Karsaz Law is regularly involved in legislative happenings, changes to court rules, and administrative orders that impact our clients. Our firm has served as legal counsel for the Nevada State Apartment Association for over 15 years, putting us at the forefront of legislative battles, aggressively advocating and representing the housing industry. We’re at the table with legislators and stakeholders, negotiating in good faith, and trying to find solutions that will protect housing providers. Our clients trust us because we are in the trenches with them, relentlessly fighting for their best interests.
